It struck me today that I have a lot to be thankful for. I get depressed so often (I’ve always struggled with depression), and sometimes things just don’t seem worth it. But I have a lot to be happy about.
I’m thankful that I have a job that I’m excited about.
I treasure Phil as my best friend. I love snuggling with him and watching movies, talking, sleeping, just running my hands over his chest and breathing in the smell of his skin. It’s my safe place.
I’m thankful for Lizzie…if I can work her problems out, and not get my head kicked in in the process, she’ll be the best teacher and schoolmaster that I’ve ever had.
I love being in this soft, green country. I came home when I came here.
