Another day off, and after playing veterinary nurse at the stable, I’m lazing in an arm chair reading Life of Pi. Interesting book; I’m enjoying it a lot. At present Pi, triple convert and zoologist’s son, has been marooned on the lifeboat in the middle of the Pacific ocean with the 450 lb. Bengal tiger Richard Parker, and is starting to try to “tame” him in hopes of not becoming tiger food. It’s a fable, and a survival story, and possibly a religious allegory.
Back to my book…
