After work Phil and I went to the Awards Night for the College, since my student Web Assistant Mark was getting an award – and he didn’t show! We’ll have words next week. }:-( So Phil and I stood there for ages, politely clapping during speeches. *yawn*
Did some horse-related shopping today, in preparation for Kipper’s arrival. I love tack stores. It all looks like high-class bondage gear: oiled leather, black rubber bits, whips of all sizes. Mmmmmmnnnnn. :)
Saw an interesting job in the paper, which I will apply for this weekend, for an Interactive Media Developer. I’m very interested in created online learning material, and the requirements (except for the degree) are no problem. It’s in Derby, though. I’m going to go for it anyway, but it will take a decision about what Phil and I are going to do.
As a lot of you know, we went through a terrible time a few months back, and since have managed to find a sometimes uneasy equilibrium. We decided to stay together during the holidays, and then after the first of the year decide what we are going to do, about the marriage and selling the house, etc. I’m not sure what I want to do, at this point.
Anyway, back to work. One of Phil’s online buddies is coming over tomorrow (he lives in Oxford), so I’m shifting paintings around trying to make the place seem less sterile. Decorating this house has been a long process, and there hasn’t been a lot of extra time or money to lend to it. So it’s not how I want it yet.
I’ve spent a good proportion of today looking at bondage gear ( not all of it high class) but some it is amazingly beautiful. We have been to erotica today then popped down to soho..lots of fun :)
I hope that you make the decision that makes you happy. You have to do what is best for you not what you think other people want( I’m sure you know that already)
